John Giftos
John Giftos has a wide array of experience assisting clients in complex litigation in both federal district and state trial courts across the country. In addition, he has experience before the Wisconsin and Florida state appellate courts, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. John has also helped his clients resolve their disputes through arbitration and mediation.
Roisin Bell
Roisin Bell has litigated cases at both the trial and appellate court levels in jurisdictions across the country, together with cases venued before state regulatory authorities, including defending professionals before state licensing boards. Her representation extends to a vast array of cases and includes medical malpractice and products liability defense, complex contract disputes, and more.
Kevin St. John
Kevin St. John is an experienced litigator, advocate, problem solver, and counselor. His experience includes trial-level and appellate litigation in state and federal courts, as well as litigation management, involving a wide range of substantive issue areas.
